Tom Hardy is an English film, television, and stage actor. His screen credits include Inception (2010), The Revenant (2015), and Mad Max: Fury Road (2015). He co-created and starred in the drama series, Taboo (2017). Hardy was born Edward Thomas Hardy on September 15, 1977, in Hammersmith, London. His mother, Anne, is an artist, and his father, Edward, is a novelist and comedy writer. He’s an only child. Hardy grew up in East Sheen, London, where he attended Tower House School.
