ORIGIN Edit
Out of Maryland, American rapper Q Da Fool has been in the rap game since his early teens. He is among the new wave of rappers making a statement from the DMV area. He is currently signed to Jay-Z‘s Roc Nation record label. In 2017, his mixtape, 100 Round Goon, garnered significant attention, connecting his music to a bigger audience. Some of his most recognizable songs thus far have been “Catch Up,” “Guns & Bells,” and “Right There #FirstDayOut.”

Real name, George Jerome Hundall, he was born on March 4, 1997, in Largo, Maryland. A resident of Prince George County, he apparently had his mindset on music from an early age. Throughout his career, he had numerous run-ins with the law and was jailed a few times. At age 15, he was arrested for attempted murder. In music, he grew up listening to the sounds of Master P, Soulja Slim, Gucci Mane, and C-Murder.

CAREER
Prior to venturing solo, Q Da Fool was a member of the rap collective, Pakk Boyz. Upon departing, he dropped numerous singles and released over 12 projects. 2015 marked the year he began releasing music at a rapid pace. That year, he dropped 4 different mixtapes, Trap Fever, Trap Flu, Trap Gospel, and Q La Flare. At one point, tapes were getting released on a monthly basis.

Not slowing down, Q Da Fool released 5 more projects between 2016 and 2017. However, it wasn’t until the release of “100 Round Goon” (May 2017), his breakout mixtape, that the mass began gravitating towards his music. The 18-track mix, featuring 30 Glizzy, Ayeek, LAL, and others, was led by some of his hottest tracks, Guns & Bells, Catch Up, and Right There. Over the next year, it would become the recipient of millions of streams. In 2016, he also did jail time.

Rich Shoota Vol. 2 (2017), another notable mixtape, featured standout single, Sticks and Stones. In 2017, he was also among the list of DMV (Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia) rappers creating a huge buzz in hip-hop music. His single “Numbers” was respected as one of the best. Unfortunately, he was arrested in 2017 again.

2018 saw the release of “No Competition,” “Kray Twins,” and “100 Keys.” Though each project featured various standouts, none proved explosive as his breakout mix. His latest project, 100 Keys, was dropped on August 3, 2018. Q Da Fool worked with producer, Zaytoven, and collaborated with artists such as Fat Trel, Dono, and Fat Max among others. In May 2018, he successfully signed a record deal with Roc Nation. The visual for one of his latest tracks, Bakk 2 Bakk, was released in January 2019.
