Mike Posner is an American singer/songwriter, music producer, and poet. He’s one-half the hip-hop duo ‘Mansionz’ with Blackbear. Posner is known for hits like “Cooler than Me”, “Please Don’t Go” and “I Took a Pill in Ibiza (Seeb Remix).” His discography includes 31 Minutes to Takeoff (2010), At Night, Alone. (2016) and the upcoming A Real Good Kid (2019). He’s currently signed to RCA and Island Records. Posner was born to Roberta Henrion and Jon Posner on February 12, 1988, in Detroit, Michigan. Posner began making beats at age 13 using his mom’s computer. He created his first notable project, Reflections of a Lost Teen, during his senior year of high school. In addition to his solo career, Posner is a member of the hip-hop duo Mansionz. The other member is singer/songwriter Matthew Musto better known as Blackbear. The group was formed in 2016 in Los Angeles, California. Their self-titled debut was released in March 2017. It produced the singles “Rich White Girls”, “Wicked” featuring G-Eazy, and “Stfu” with Spark Master Tape. The album also featured guest appearances from Soren Bryce, Dennis Rodman, and Cyhi the Prynce.
