Chloe Bennet is an American actress and former pop singer. She co-stars as ‘Daisy “Skye” Johnson / Quake’ in the ABC series Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Her acting credits include the film Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast (2015) and the series Nashville. Bennet was born Chloe Wang on April 18, 1992, in Chicago, Illinois. Her mother, Stephanie, is an internist, and her father, Bennet, an investment banker. She has three biological brothers. Bennet attended St. Ignatius College Prep in the Near West Side area of Chicago. She studied acting and improv with the Second City Youth Ensemble.

Bennet moved to Beijing, China in her mid-teens. She pursued a singing career under the name Chloe Wang. Her discography includes the singles “Uh Oh” and “Every Day in Between”.
